This sign has the letters spaced off the sign board with threaded rod. Blind holes to match the letters were routed in the yellow sign board during its routing process. Then the letters were routed upside down with the corresponding blind holes to match the sign board. This process allowed perfect indexing and easy assembly of the sign letters.
